Valley Rose Exchange and Return Policies
🛍️ Exchange and Return Policy In the interest of your satisfaction and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, we outline below the exchange and return policy adopted at Valley Rose:
✅ Exchange:
- Products may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition and unused, and the invoice must be presented.
✅ Return:
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours only from the date of receipt.
- Returns are accepted in the case of a defect or damage in the product, and clear photos must be attached as proof.
⛔️ Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products:
- Natural flower bouquets
- Bridal bouquets
(In accordance with Article 11 of the E-Commerce Law, due to their perishable nature or custom-made design)
🚚 In case of cancellation after shipping:
- The order value will be refunded minus the delivery fees.
📍 Execution process:
- Exchange or return is carried out by visiting the Valley Rose branch directly, with the original invoice presented.
