By completing your order and payment, you agree to the following:
- All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
- Products excluded from return and exchange: natural flower bouquets and bridal bouquets.
- Products may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt, and returned within 24 hours only, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer will be compensated after the condition has been verified.
